Mr. Dim Sum was born from a passion for sharing authentic Cantonese flavors in a modern way. Our founders, with roots in both traditional dim sum kitchens and fast-paced restaurant operations, saw an opportunity to bring handcrafted dim sum to a new generation of diners, without compromising quality or culture.
